As the use of the products is beyond the control of the manufacturer, no warranty is either expressed or implied and no liability is accepted for any damage or injury arising from use or misuse.

By signing in the place provided below you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim for damage or injury to any property or person whether such claim is based on a breach or infringement of laws, rules or regulations founded in enactments or at common law in relation to the products including statements made by us in relation to them.  Furthermore, you agree we may rely on this clause and claim for costs and expenses from you on demand in the event a reason for exercising the indemnity provided by this clause arises.
