Dustmatt is a powerful binding liquid preparation that is applied to stockpiles, embankments, unpaved roadways and shoulders, yard areas, parking lots and tailings. Dustmatt solution is applied to stockpiles, embankments and tailings using a water truck equipped with a pump, hose and fire hose-type nozzle.   This sample stockpile was treated at a 10% solution of Dustmatt cured and the subjected to a wind of 96kph or 10 on the Beaufort  scale.    The client requested testing to 60kph.  The stockpile is 9000M2.                 Here you can see the depth of treatment from the above stockpile at 7 to 10mm from a spray application.             Both the sand and the coral are treated with Dustmatt, the clay based subbase is treated with Endurazyme Export, This has since been replicated in roads on the island of Tahiti.                   Dustmatt treated coral and sand layer for above project.                 A retirement village complex at Northlakes north of Brisbane Australia used a coarse bedding sand over a clay subbase.
